Perseverance is a big part of our work at Ansar ...In September 2021, we took on a case for a Turkish πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡· man who wanted to move to πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§, to live with his πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ wife and children. The Government said no three times. But we knew that this had to be wrong. We stayed committed to his case and finally this month the Tribunal allowed his appeal. He should be reunited with his family very soon.We are very proud of our role in helping this family to build its future here in πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§.#familyvisa #spousevisa ... See MoreSee Less

Our client was very happy with our work. He said:"I am so impressed about how my case was handled by Usman. Usman is a gentleman who always aims to achieve the best for his client. My case is a complicated case. The original application had been refused. I then approached the wrong solicitor who provided poor advice to me and this resulted in entry being refused a 2nd time. Under this situation, I contacted various solicitors and only Usman was confident to help and handle this case. Originally, he stayed quite conservative and explained about the truth of the success rate for this case which was low. However, after we had the first discussion on the phone, that literally gave him far more confidence. As I understood from what I noticed and heard from his voice during the case work, he wished to go further by not only applying under the legal framework, but fully applying the exceptional consideration. Eventually, the result was clear – the application HAS BEEN APPROVED and this even ONLY TOOK A WEEK to happen.I just can't use my words to show how I appreciate this outstanding solicitor, as once you know him in a professional way, you will definitely notice how his personality and professionalism could definitely change a very difficult situation for you in all matters about British immigration issues. And just one time, if you are definitely facing difficult immigration issues in the UK / out of the UK, please do contact Usman. He will provide you an affordable quote after he understands your situation (not scam you before you even start to speak like some others) and will tell you honestly about the success rate even when it's low. He will try his best to think out of the box to get every way to clear your case.Thank you Usman, you are absolutely a STAR 😊" ... See MoreSee Less

Sometimes even πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ people need πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ immigration law advice...For example, people with British National (Overseas) status need a visa to live and work here long term.A #bno came to us after the πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Government had refused his previous two visa applications. The immigration rules stated that his type of application "must be refused".We took on his case and persuaded the Government to give him a visa. It only took a week❗️Ansar helps πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ people to come back home. ... See MoreSee Less

We don't give up❗A Thai πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ woman called us in 2016, asking us for help. The πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Government had detained her and was threatening to send her back to πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡. She told us that it was too dangerous for her to go back there. She was also in love with a πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ man.We stopped her removal and secured her release from detention. We then helped her to stay here...✴ First, the High Court refused her case. We persuaded it to change its mind.✴ Then the Government refused her case. We appealed.✴ Then the Tribunal refused her case. We appealed further.✴ Finally, the Tribunal accepted her case. Now, almost 6 years since she first called us, the Government has agreed to let her stay in πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§.It has been a long journey, but we are happy that it has ended well❗#helpingmigrantsinlondon ...
